Step Two: Click on the link below for directions on how to "draw your beast" Drawing Activity I prefer to call your uncomfortable emotions your "uncomfortable friend" because we don't want to be afraid to have uncomfortable emotions. Be sure to use colors since they often represent emotional energy quite well. You may also name your uncomfortable friend. ⭐️Please put your drawing somewhere safe so that we can refer to it next week when we are together for Health and Wellness⭐️
